The incense sticks have no smell and do not last more than few minutes compared to 75 minutes advertised. Extremely disappointed with the product as I believed the false and misleading advertisement.

Our incense sticks are designed to burn for approximately 75 minutes when lit correctly. After lighting the tip, it’s important to let the flame catch for around 5–10 seconds and then gently blow the flame out, allowing the stick to smoulder rather than actively burn.
If the flame is left burning, the stick will burn through very quickly (just a few minutes) and produce smoke rather than fragrance, which sounds similar to what you’ve described.
